I came into have a drink and a bite to eat. The food was absolutely gorgeous. I had chicken stuffed with haggis and wrapped in crispy bacon with creamy mash and vegetables. It was flippin lovely.. I could have eaten it again. The staff were friendly and attentive. It's also dog friendly and my dog got a big bowl of water and a comfy seat. Highly recommended
Our Canadian friends who were staying with us wanted to take us out for dinner. I chose the Crown Hotel as this appeared to be the closest venue to our home. We were not disappointed, the place was buzzing but we were quickly shown to our table and menus provided. Our drinks arrived reasonably quickly by which time we were ready to order our food. The staff worked extremely efficiently even though they were run off their feet and were always polite. We all agreed the food was excellent, the staff brilliant and the ambience pleasant. I would recommend the place full heartedly.

Decent hotel room - although some areas could be improved. It was a small double with a soft mattress. Probably due for an upgrade. Nice shower and soaps. I was most impressed with the evening meal and the staff/service. Breakfast was preordered and it didn’t disappoint! Would stay again.
We used the restaurant there. The restaurant looks nice inside. The food was really tasty and we enjoyed that. Service was a bit lacking, and they took their time to bring me an extra plate for my son. Online, they have a kids menu, but I was not offered one when we arrived. The toilet was very dated and not tidy.
Only went to eat. Good selection on the menu. Locally sourced ingredients. Bellhaven Black on draught, what's not to like?

Had a fantastic stay here my dog loved it the staff was amazing Jade and Doreen lovely staff food was amazing the pics is seabas and king pawn you get more pawns I eaten some before the pic and toffee sticky pudding and the crown burger all lovely only thing what needs storing the bed quilts do need charging other then that great place 100% recommend it
